I was working weekends aircraft cleaning. After I had been there for a year, a new member of staff joined as a training supervisor. He was not responsible for our crew, but at the end of the shift, I found he had reported me for talking too much! (Anyone who knew Allen, was aware that he could chat for England) After going out as a group of work friends, he and I started our great love affair, marriage, kids etc. I asked him one day why he had reported me all those years ago. "I had to get your attention somehow" was his cheeky answer. I have no regrets as without that moment, I would not have enjoyed over 33 years of loving and being loved.
